The criteria set by Lettors Security Limited for the referencing of tenancy applications is based upon the requirements of our Insurance Company who have set standards to attempt, as far as possible, to ensure that the applicant will:-

• be financially sound to ensure payment of the rental agreed
• be capable of meeting the terms and conditions contained within the agreement which is signed on acceptance
• ensure tha applicant has no adverse credit record
